STEP 04

Understanding Statuses

  • Before decisions are released: all registrations show as “Pending” even if already approved behind the scenes
  • After the host releases decisions: your true status appears and you receive an email notification
  • Statuses include Approved, Waitlisted, or Rejected
Don’t worry if everything says “Pending” at first. This is normal. The host reviews all requests before releasing decisions at once.

STEP 05

Team Management

  • Primary reps can invite colleagues via email and manage who attends which event
  • Non-primary reps can self-assign to events in their territories
  • Transfer the primary rep role to a colleague if responsibility changes
